Cancellation Policy & Fees for Missed Appointments
I require 48 business hours’ notice to cancel or change your appointment. Without sufficient notice the appointment time could not be offered to clients on my waiting list. Fees for missed appointments are to be paid immediately and are billed at the full session rate. If your credit card is on file, the payment for a missed appointment will be automatic. If your payment information is not on file, however, please contact to arrange and ensure your future appointments are not affected by the missed appointment. Please note that insurance companies do not cover missed appointments.
